Moving back to Montana (Livingston MT)

Long shot but figured I’d ask! Not a lot of housing inventory for sale and hoping to move back to Livingston area to be around family (from Shields Valley originally).
First son is due in 4 months and have remote hybrid job based in Bozeman.
