I am a traveling Engineer for MYR Energy Services.
30 year old female, taken in a long term (and now long distance unfortunately) relationship.
I will be here in the Pulaski VA area for 6 - 12 months for work in Max Meadows.
Looking for a female (strict female only policy!) roommate.
Current rent is $850, but would be $425 if we split it, which would be much nicer.
If one of us had to leave for a job location change, it is the others responsibility to cover full rent or find new housing.
It is a older 2 bedroom house but has some recent updates and a very kind landlord.
There is a dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes dryer, and a shower bathtub combination.
I added a small dining table with 2 chairs, a small couch, a coffee table, an Alexa pod, a couple rugs, and a TV.
Utilities are our responsibility.
There is a nice deck area but no patio furniture yet.
Large oven and stove.
Full size refrigerator.
2 motion detector lights outside so its a safe and secure housing situation.
I do have 2 cats, so please no more pets added to this mix.
They are very sweet and love people and cuddling.
I don't want men in the apartment at all if possible.
We don't need to be best friends or anything but I can't accept someone with bigoted beliefs.
I work 45 - 55 hour weeks and travel sometimes so I am not home much.
Please no parties, but calmer dinners and such are totally cool with me.
I love to cook! We can share some meals and some items/furniture.
