Seeking a Full-time Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
This position is Full-Time GAP Provider position providing coverage at all of our medical sites - Peterstown, Union, Forest Hill, WV and Craig County, VA Requires a West Virginia License and ability to obtain a Virginia License.
