Job Summary:
The Service Supervisor will lead, train and mentor a team of technicians who will install service drops required for activation of broadband services for customer homes and businesses.
A field operations leader specializing and experienced in the installation or construction of broadband communications networks.
Qualification Requirements:
• 1+ years supervising team members and/or construction vendors connecting and activating internet customers is preferred.
• 2+ years field experience with FTTH or HFC installs and service is required.
• Experience with management of customer facing team members.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH and/or HFC installation and outside plant practices.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or G.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Knowledge of:

Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
