We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents.
You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our young patients.
*Duties*
- Conduct physical examinations and perform diagnostic tests on pediatric patients
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, injuries, and infections in children
-Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, common dermatological conditions, headaches, nutritional deficits, common musculoskeletal disorders, developmental delays, and behavioral disorders
- Provide preventive care services
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and proper nutrition for children
- Provide counseling and support to patients and families dealing with emotional or behavioral issues
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient encounters

- Previous experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Athena or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong understanding of acute care management for pediatric conditions
- Ability to perform physical examinations and interpret ICD-10 codes accurately
