Overview:
Do you have a sincere passion for working with seniors and a love of keeping them healthy? Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) do too! Our LPNs care for our residents in several ways in our communities under the direction of the Resident Care Director.
The main objective of this position is to administer and document medication and treatments per the physician’s order and accurately record all care provided to the residents.
He or She will provide direct nursing care and clinical supervision of nursing assistants working with residents.
Responsibilities:
Administering and documenting medication and treatments based on physician's orders.
Accurately recording all care provided to residents.
Providing direct nursing care and clinical supervision to nursing assistants.
Monitoring residents' comfort and responding to their physical and emotional needs.
Supporting the Resident Care Director in various tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of seniors.
Possession of valid state LPN certification.
