Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Director to join our team.
As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient and effective administrative support.
This is a crucial leadership role within our organization, requiring strong managerial skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Proficient in file management systems and document control procedures
- Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
