We are hiring for a receptionist to greet our customers and perform various clerical tasks.
Since this person will be the first point of contact for our business, the ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist external and internal customers.
This position will collaborate with the Customer Experience department to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a personable multitasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Schedule: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday Hourly Starting Rate: $17.
50 per hour I.

Distribute mail throughout the building ? Serve as the primary contact for customer phone inquiries Strong phone skills? Ensure accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints? Triage Customer Experience Representative CRM duties to maintain accurate information? Manage Customer Experience internal guides and update as needed ? Manage Customer Experience Work Instructions and identify when updates are needed ? Process customer returns, document requests, status requests, and availability via email ? Assist with keeping the Customer Experience team updated on process changes ? Schedule and assist in organizing Customer Experience meetings and events ? Maintain Customer Experience meeting minutes and distribute to the team ? Prepare Customer Experience meeting agendas ? Provide support for various projects where needed ? Compile information for presentations? Manage response time between departments to guarantee customer satisfaction through timely turnaround? Collaborate with Customer Support Specialist to record customer complaints and concerns? Assist Customer Experience Manager and Customer Support Specialist with employee recognition ? Monitor customer portals to ensure proper acknowledgment of purchase orders ? Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum of two years previous administrative/office experience Knowledge of generally accepted office principles, practices, and procedures Keen attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with multiple interruptions Good organizational, time management, data entry and proofreading skills Good grammar, verbal communication, telephone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to communicate professionally with a wide variety of individuals Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member Ability to remain flexible in response to changes in workload and priorities PC proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to follow company policies and procedures in delivering customer service and handling customer-related task Preferred: Strong understanding of the products or services offered by the company to provide accurate information and assistance to customers ? Knowledge of the periodic table I.
