Dental Assistant/Floater

*Job Overview:* Pennington Dental is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Floater Dental Assistant.

Dr.
Pennington is looking for that right person to join our work family, we are a close-knit team that works hard and laughs a lot! *Duties:* * Prepare treatment rooms for procedures, ensuring they are clean and well-organized.
* Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
* Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and processing referrals, etc.
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
* Float between different areas of the dental office as needed to support staff and maintain workflow efficiency.
* Assisting hygienists by obtaining x-rays (if certified), inputting perio charting, etc.
*Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
*Benefits:* * Competitive hourly wage ($16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience).
* 32 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
