* Promptly and professionally handle incoming calls, providing a compassionate and efficient response to patient inquiries, concerns, and needs.
* Deliver accurate and up-to-date information about Sorin Medical's services, scheduling, and patient care inquiries.
* Facilitate appointment scheduling, manage rescheduling requests, and coordinate referrals, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
* Address and resolve customer concerns, elevating complex issues to appropriate teams with a commitment to finding solutions.
* Uphold a consistently empathetic and understanding approach to every patient interaction, enhancing customer satisfaction and trust.
*Data Management and Documentation:*
* Precisely document patient information, updates, and call details in our electronic medical records system with utmost confidentiality.
* Ensure thorough and organized maintenance of call logs, notes, and follow-up tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our patient care management.
*Collaborative Communication:*
* Act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and patient care coordination.
* Efficiently direct calls and messages to the right department or personnel, guaranteeing prompt and accurate relay of information.

*Qualifications and Skills:*
* A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
* Experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (bilingual abilities are a significant advantage).
* Proficiency in computer applications, call center software, and telecommunication systems.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high call volumes with patience and composure.
