You will be involved in an extensive training program for management to learn MacLellan’s systems and processes to prepare you for a Contract Manager position.
As contract manager you oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery our services.
Utilizing our Best Systems, you interact with customer contacts involved in maintenance and production daily, ensuring all tasks and activities are accomplished safely with the highest level of quality.

What education and experience are needed for success? 7 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with current employer required.
Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.
Associate or bachelor's degree in a business curriculum preferred.

All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.
Post-Employment Drug Testing: All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
