Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service serving as an Assetworks (AiM) Integrated Work Management System support person for Facilities Management personnel and the campus community.
Follow established procedures to create AiM user accounts and assign appropriate security roles and query groups to those accounts.
Develop reports and queries as requested.
Serve as the back-up to the Facilities Information Systems Supervisor.
Assist with work control functions, applying technical knowledge assigning appropriate crafts, and administrative knowledge assigning appropriate funding to work orders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Provide strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with a diverse group of constituents.
Database input, retrieval and reporting.
Experience with comprehension and application of policies and procedures.
Proficiency with current Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL queries, reporting tools such as BIRT, and business intelligence platforms such as Pentaho or Cognos.
Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements.
Experience in higher education.
Valid driver's license.
