*Responsibilities*
Provide positive customer service by treating customers and team members in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
· Price, stock, and maintain merchandise in a neat and orderly manner.
· Process sales transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner.
· Adhere to assigned work schedule in order to provide predictability in workload scheduling.
· Follow company policies and procedures in order to maximize customer service, sales, and store profitability.
· As needed Customer Service Associates will unload trucks, process freight, stock counters, and any other function needed to maintain sales floor.
· Provide support to store management as reasonably requested.
*Required Skills*
· Fundamental reading and math skills
· Effective communication skills
· Capacity to stand for extended periods
· Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
