*Requirements include:*
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone sales/service experience
· Demonstrated computer proficiencies and the ability to learn new software and processes quickly
· Experience working as part of a small, dedicated team
· The flexibility to respond and adapt to the needs of a dynamic and growing business and clientele
· The ability to remain organized while multitasking and maintaining an efficient pace of work
· Interest in agriculture and/or relevant industry experience
· A desire to engage with farmers and gardeners and help them find products/solutions
*Responsibilities include:*
· Taking phone orders, making sales calls, and providing quotes and other information to customers
· Processing orders placed online
· Answering customer questions and guiding customers to the appropriate product(s)/solution(s)
· Directing customer inquiries to the appropriate team member
· Actively participating in the business and contributing to business efforts and initiatives
