What You Will Be Doing
As a valued member of our team, your main goal will be to create an excellent and memorable stay for our guests.
Whether you are welcoming them in person or assisting them over the phone, you will provide exceptional service with a friendly and inviting attitude.
You will ensure that guests are checked in and out in a timely manner, leaving them with a lasting impression of our hotel.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate has basic reading, writing, and math skills.
You should be available to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
In this role, you will be regularly interacting with guests, so strong communication skills are essential.
You should be comfortable using your hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls.
Additionally, you may need to walk, sit, and reach with your hands and arms.
Physical stamina is important, as you will be standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting or moving up to 10 pounds.
Education & Experience
To be considered for this position, you should have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
If you have one to three months of related experience and/or training, that's a plus!
